By accessing and using Dual Traffic System (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Dual Traffic System provides users with access to lead generation software, marketing training, and an affiliate tracking platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

3. Affiliate and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) to promote your referral links.
• Making false, misleading, or illegal income claims regarding the Service.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or bypass the tracking, lead distribution, or commission systems.
• Using the Service to promote illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

The Service operates on a subscription basis. By initiating a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dual Traffic System, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
