Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

We believe in giving you complete control over your subscription. You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time directly from your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point you will not be charged again.

2. 7-Day First Charge Money-Back Guarantee & Lead Cost Deductions

All subscriptions begin with a 7-Day Free Trial for platform access and integration testing before you are ever billed. Real-time scrubbed lead delivery activates automatically on Day 8 with your first paid subscription billing cycle. No lead allocations are distributed or backdated during the initial 7-day trial period. If you cancel during your 7-day trial, you will never be charged.

If you choose to continue past your trial, your initial recurring subscription charge is eligible for a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. However, to prevent data scraping and protect our proprietary network, refunds apply strictly to the software platform access. Because raw media, real-time syntax/honeypot verification, and anti-fraud scrubbing costs are permanently incurred the moment leads are provisioned, any refund within this 7-day window will be prorated to deduct the hard pass-through fulfillment and verification costs of the leads delivered to your account.

Once this 7-day guarantee window closes, all subsequent monthly recurring charges are final and non-refundable.

3. Traffic & Lead Purchases (Scale Center)

All standalone traffic purchases are completely non-refundable once the delivery sequence has initiated.

When you purchase a lead package through the Scale Center, the system immediately routes those funds to our traffic vendors to secure your delivery allocation. Because these funds are irrevocably spent on external media placement, we cannot offer refunds for traffic orders under any circumstances.

We guarantee the delivery of the promised number of leads, but we do not and cannot guarantee sales, conversions, or specific engagement rates from those leads.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your account, please contact our support team at support@dualtrafficsystem.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending affiliate commissions, and blacklisting from all future services.
