We believe in giving you complete control over your subscription. You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time directly from your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point you will not be charged again.
Because we offer a fully featured, unrestricted 7-Day Free Trial to test the system before you are ever billed, all subscription charges are strictly non-refundable once processed. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the trial ends if you do not wish to be billed.
All standalone traffic purchases are completely non-refundable once the delivery sequence has initiated.
When you purchase a lead package through the Scale Center, the system immediately routes those funds to our traffic vendors to secure your delivery allocation. Because these funds are irrevocably spent on external media placement, we cannot offer refunds for traffic orders under any circumstances.
We guarantee the delivery of the promised number of leads, but we do not and cannot guarantee sales, conversions, or specific engagement rates from those leads.
If you have an issue with your account, please contact support before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any pending affiliate commissions, and blacklisting from all future services.
